    April 07. The Bungalow has recently had a valuation done on it and has been valued at £250,000. The valuer commented he had no idea from viewing it from the outside exactly how large it was inside and commented it was very impressive. The overall finish on the bungalow is of a very high standard and the interior lighting benefits from Lutron in the lounge/ dining room and excellent design lighting in all the rooms.
