  • Description
This well-maintained 2-bedroom, end-of-terrace house is up for sale with no chain.

It is a Victorian-style property situated in a quiet cul-de-sac in the pretty village of Crockenhill in Kent. It is an ideal property if you have pets and/or children as there is no through-traffic.

I have today (1/7/08) reduced the price of the house by £9,000. I am selling my house because my son is going to be going to school in Brighton this September so I would like my house to sell as quickly as possible, hence the drop in price!!

    LOCAL AMENITIES

The village is very close to both Swanley and Orpington. Swanley has the nearest mainline station and is about a 15 minute walk away or just a couple of minutes in the car. Buses also run regularly through the village to the station and beyond to Dartford and Blue Water Shopping Center. The trains from Swanley run to London Victoria. The journey time is about 35 minutes. The property lies just within the M25. The M25, M20, A20 and A2 are close by. This property is an ideal commuter home.

There is a lovely local primary school only a 5 minute walk away. There is also a large village green that has a children's play area, a friendly local grocery shop and Post Office, 2 local, family-friendly pubs and 2 churches.

The nearby town of Swanley (separated from Crockenhill by just a large field of horses!) has an excellent weekly market, an Asda superstore, many shops and banks, schools, parks and restaurants. All these amenities are a 5-10 minute drive away.
