Also 2 miles away gets you to the M180 motorway network for commuting to Leeds, Doncaster, Sheffield, Goole and Scunthorpe. Just a 25 minute drive away is the new Robin Hood Airport situated this side of Doncaster, and 30 minutes away is the Airport at Humberside. Crowle has a Library, Information Centre (LinK) Doctors Surgery, vetinary surgery and a good variety of Local shops. Nearby are the the towns of Epworth (Birthplace of John Wesley) and historic Lincoln.
    The cottage has been renovated in the last 4 years to a high standard, including new roof and bedroom extension. The relevant permissions are still in place to further improve by adding a brick built conservatory to the front of the property and a rear extension to re-site the staircase and provide 1st floor shower/toilet facilities. At the end of the day it is a cottage and one of the quirks you might find are that the doors are not quite as high as the standard ones of today!
