    The Property
This is a spacious, detached, four-bedroom family home with tandem double garage, large enclosed south-facing gardens and wonderful views of the surrounding countryside. It is situated at the end of a secluded cul-de-sac in a favoured residential area.

This is a well-presented 1960s family home with UPVC security locking windows and doors. The garden is completely enclosed and has a unique hexagonal greenhouse, large paved patio, mature landscaped borders and a pond. The property has large triple aspect lounge, which leads into a conservatory. Recent work includes a ground floor shower room, newly refitted bathroom, kitchen and new condensing boiler. The majority of the floor coverings and carpets are also new.

Chestnut Grove is a favoured residential development on the outskirts of Clevedon, occupying an elevated position with excellent views. It is approximately 0.5 mile from the Hill Road shopping area and 1.5 miles from the Triangle.

    The Location
Clevedon is a thriving town, which is well situated next to junction 20 of the M5. The south west mainline rail link is approximately four miles to the east, at Yatton. It is situated on the Bristol Channel coast and built popularity as a Victorian seaside resort, evidenced by the grade I listed pier dating from 1869 and band stand. It has a wealth of fine properties including Clevedon Court, one of only a few remaining fourteenth century manorial halls. It was built by Sir John de Clevedon around 1320.

Clevedon has a good range of shops including Tesco and Morrisons Superstores in addition to designer clothing, antiques, delicatessens, bakeries, arts, DIY, takeaways and gift shops. The town benefits from two health centres, a leisure centre, cottage hospital and a range primary and secondary schools, including St Brandons. Not to mention the famous Curzon cinema.
